Project Manager ( Corporate Technology)

Accountable to work independently and apply advanced project and program management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications, and presentations to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver project objectives on-time, within specified budget.

• Supply accurate project estimates and tightly manage project budget and approved funding.

• Secure and maintain project resources and actively manage project/resource plan.

• Demonstrate team building skills by working with resources List the primary duties and responsibilities in order of importance.

• Identify Project Risk and issues developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Effectively negotiate project priorities and solutions

• Works effectively across organizations to deliver project outcomes that have positive impact on the business

• Represent the project and be the main communicator of the project(s) at Project Review Board Meetings

• Drive lessons learned and knowledge management for future initiatives.

• Maintains sprint metrics (sprint burn down chart, backlog health, team morale, release frequency, velocity), facilitates sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint review and retrospective for assigned projects and update Confluence pages.

• Effectively partner with organization change readiness team to deliver appropriate business impact and training for end-users

• Manages vendor relationships to optimize outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management / leadership experience

• Experience managing Service Now projects and / or project tracks, it’s a plus.

• Experience with IT Service Management including Problem, Change, Incident and Service Request Management functions.

• Scrum Certification: PSM / ACP Certification / SAFe, it’s a plus.

• Experience with strategic planning, business development, or stakeholder management

• Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward established goals

• Ability to multitask, solve problems resourcefully, and work well under pressure

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to work within a complex business environment

• Highly motivated to work on large and complex solutions

• Proven experience navigating complex matrixed and global organizations

• Proven experience in driving process optimization

• Proven ability to operate in a constant state of change, adapting style, approach and delivery to drive to business outcomes in a pragmatic manner

• Proven ability to think innovatively in developing and executing change

• Excellent facilitation skills and proven ability in promoting collaboration within and across teams

• Proven ability to promote sharing of best practices and leverage learnings across teams

• Proficient Jira tool knowledge.
