Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Corporate Technology Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Platforms (SEEP)organization. This role is responsible for driving the execution of discrete initiatives and workstreams that support enterprise platform strategy across collaboration, workflow, productivity, AI enablement, and core employee platforms.

As a Project Manager, you will focus on delivery excellence—owning project planning, execution, and coordination—while partnering closely with Program Managers, Domain Owners, platform teams, and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for a hands on delivery professional who excels at translating plans into outcomes and ensuring work progresses predictably and transparently.

The Corporate Technology Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Platforms team defines and executes the enterprise platform strategy that powers how employees work, collaborate, and leverage technology to drive business outcomes. The portfolio includes, but is not limited to:

•      Collaboration & Communication Platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack)

•      Workflow & Design Platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Adobe, Lucid, Figma)

•      Productivity & Content Platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian)

•      AI Enablement & Automation (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps)

•      Enterprise Enablement, Adoption, and Change

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead end to end delivery of assigned projects or workstreams, from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.
• Ensure delivery against defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Partner with platform owners, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and execution expectations.
• Facilitate project level forums including stand ups, status reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Proactively escalate concerns and recommend mitigation strategies.

Governance & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation including charters, plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Provide clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and key decisions in alignment with SEEP governance expectations.
• Support program level and portfolio level reporting as required.

Change & Adoption Support

• Partner with enablement and communications leads to support adoption activities tied to project delivery.
• Coordinate readiness activities, training inputs, and deployment milestones.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to improvements in project delivery practices, tooling, and templates.
• Apply lessons learned to improve execution efficiency and predictability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
• 4–6+ years of experience in project management or delivery roles.
• Experience delivering technology or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Experience working in cross functional, matrixed environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall delivery models.

Technical & Delivery Skills

• Proficiency with delivery and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Working knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, or similar ecosystems.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent) preferred.
